In the Living Room, trained recovery support specialists with personal experience in managing the challenges of mental illness collaborate with licensed therapists to provide crisis intervention, support, and mentoring. To offer a wide range of supports, Turning Point has partnered with trusted colleague organizations, PEER Services and Impact Behavioral Health Partners, to also offer employment assistance and support for substance use concerns.

When you visit the Living Room, you step into a warm and welcoming environment, staffed by a team that is well trained to help and support you.

 

About Turning Point: Turning Point Behavioral Health is a non-profit outpatient mental health center serving children and adults, with a mission to provide solid support, when and where you need it most. Annually, Turning Point provides approximately 26,000 service hours to 1,100 children and adults from throughout the Chicago metropolitan area, approximately 90% of whom are low income.
