Turning Point Behavioral Health Care Center will host its 22nd Annual Town Hall Meeting on mental health care as a Zoom webinar on Friday, March 17, 2023 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Central.

This will be a free virtual event with registration required.  A panel of elected officials and local experts will discuss mental health care access and the impact of the pandemic and of current political and economic factors on mental health services.  The panel discussion will be moderated by Alison Leipsiger.

This year’s anticipated list of panelists includes:

  • Gidget Benitez, Health Policy Counsel from the office of Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky
  • State Senator Ram Villivalam
  • State Representative Robyn Gabel
  • Liam Harding, Chief of Staff for State Representative Jennifer Gong-Gershowitz
  • Cook County Commissioner Josina Morita
  • Skokie Mayor George Van Dusen
