Human Resources Director
Position Summary

- This role is responsible for leading all Human Resources processes for this mission-driven, non-profit agency. The successful candidate will have broad experience, with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Leads full staffing cycle, including recruitment, assessment, hiring and on-boarding processes
- Leads all talent processes, including performance management, training, career paths, and retention approaches
- Responsible for diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy execution.
- Leads development and implementation of employee and labor relations strategies
- Designs and implements all compensation and benefits programs
- Responsible for all HR policies, employee data entry, reporting, payroll processing, and compliance.
- Key member of agency leadership team
- Work experience
- 10+ years of broad HR experience; non-profit or healthcare experience a plus
- Hourly employee relations and union experience required
- Strong Talent Acquisition experience
- Solid Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Payroll skills
- Competencies
- Highly accountable and results-oriented
- Ability to operate as part of senior leadership team, as well as work with employees at all levels
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Unquestioned credibility
Position requires being in-person, on-site at least 4 days per week
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required
- Supervises 1 HR Assistant
- Reports to CEO
- Pay: $90,000 – $110,000 based on experience
