Full Time Case Manager
Turning Point Behavioral Health Care Center seeks Individuals to serve as Full Time Case Managers.
to work in our Adult and Residential Case Management program. Weekly schedule of hours will be flexible, but must include some in-person work at our Skokie office and surrounding areas. All applicants must have a valid Driver’s License. The first 90 days of employment must be completed fully in person, and hybrid schedule can be considered following satisfactory completion of the probationary period.
Case Managers work with clients to maintain/gain their independence and reach a higher level of functioning. This is done by providing direct services including but not limited to: assessing client’s individual case management needs, developing a treatment plan, assisting clients obtain benefits, linking clients to providers (therapist, psychiatrist, dentist, PCP, etc.), developing a monthly budget, helping clients maintain their apartment, and providing client support in their community. This position also requires facilitating skills-based groups in our PSR program, and providing substance abuse services.
This position is a member of our bargaining unit.

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or Social Sciences related field
- Individuals with their CADC or in the process of obtaining their CADC encouraged to apply
- Must possess valid Driver’s License and Current Vehicle Insurance
- Communicates well orally and in writing.
- Models professional behavior for staff.
- Must be able to lift 10 pounds.
- Working knowledge of securing IDHS entitlements/benefits and community resources a plus.
