Pam is and has been involved in numerous professional as well as charitable organizations. She has held positions of leadership with The Youth Campus, the Economic Development of Park Ridge, the Illinois Association of Realtors and St. Paul of the Cross Church and School.

Fred currently serves on the board of the North Shore Senior Center and the North Shore Senior Center Foundation.

Mr. Mandel is a Graduate of Columbia College, Chicago, in Marketing and Radio/Television Journalism, and has expertise in marketing and photojournalism. He grew up in the College Hill area of Skokie, attended District 65 Schools, and is a 1966 graduate Evanston Township High School. Mr. Mandel is a Certified Scuba Diver and frequent visitor to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. He speaks Spanish and resides in Lincolnshire, Illinois.

As an independent agent representing numerous companies, she is able to work with her clients to find the right combination of coverage and pricing to best protect their needs. Sheila lives in Skokie and grew up here, a proud product of District 68 and Niles North High School.
